These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bije99 platform, including the website at bije99.app, all associated mobile-optimised pages, the sports betting section, the live casino lobby, the jackpot games section, and all ancillary services and features made available by bije99 to registered players ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the bije99 Platform.

bije99 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its discretion, particularly where eligibility criteria cannot be independently confirmed.

Account Verification

bije99 may at any time request that you provide supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method. This may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a screenshot confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits and withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and temporary restriction of withdrawals pending review.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bije99. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bije99 will close the duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and may permanently close all accounts held by that player. Any withdrawable balance held in duplicate accounts will be subject to review before release.

All financial transactions on bije99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits directly. All wallet balances are displayed and settled in BDT.

Accepted Payment Methods

bije99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may also be accepted subject to minimum thresholds. Visa and Mastercard card payments may be available to eligible accounts. Available methods are displayed at login and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits of the selected payment method
• Deposits are credited to your bije99 wallet instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳200,000 (subject to account verification status)
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bije99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time in exceptional cases.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the cancellation of the bonus balance.

All bets and wagers placed on bije99 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general provisions and are published within the relevant section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bije99 and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing inefficiencies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other competitive format offered on the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption affecting sporting events offered on the bije99 sportsbook.
• Conducting transactions on bije99 that constitute money laundering or that are connected to proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to process chargebacks or reverse payment transactions after bets have been settled.

All content on the bije99 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bije99 or its licensed third-party providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or published without the express prior written consent of bije99.

The bije99 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary marks. Use of the bije99 brand for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bije99 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or wagered funds resulting from technical faults, connectivity failures, or Platform downtime.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Decisions made by sporting bodies that affect the outcome of events on which bets have been placed.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

bije99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bije99 reserves the right to make the final decision on any dispute relating to the settlement of bets, the application of bonus terms, or account status, subject to any overriding obligations imposed by applicable law.
